Terms of Service
Inspire-Connect provides mentoring, accountability and project management services. The initial session is complimentary and solely for the purpose of exploring goals, reviewing support options, and agreeing on length of program. Once accepted as a client, payment is due at the end of each subsequent session. From time to time, we may offer a payment in full option or loyalty program rates. Sessions will be scheduled in advance, each at a mutually agreed upon date and time. The time commitment depends on the complexity of goals and amount of support desired. Typically, we meet with a client once per week for 1 hour and the duration of the partnerships range from 4 weeks to 12 months. Most of our clients also set aside some time to work on their own. Meetings take place at our office, the public library or a quiet coffee shop. While working with Inspire-Connect staff, you intend to fully participate and complete your goals and tasks to the best of your ability. It is understood that progress is achieved over time and through effort. Our most successful clients are the ones who stay positive and engaged through the duration of the partnership.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received by email 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule in a timely manner. Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions or sessions missed without proper notice. Inspire-Connect reserves the right to terminate a partnership for convenience. In such circumstances, participants will receive a full refund for non-completed sessions.
